Job description
Propulsion Controls Engineering LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Marine Electrician Superintendent with at least 10 years in marine/shipyard to lead the Electrical production team and ensure schedules, efficiency, and quality.
The role requires managing personnel, coordinating with customers, maintaining budget, QA points, and reading blueprints and technical manuals. Strong leadership and compliance with NAVSEA/OSHA standards are essential.
