Job description
Mott MacDonald in the Washington DC area seeks a Principal Marine Structures PM to lead delivery and growth of complex federal waterfront and coastal infrastructure programs.
You will oversee design‑build delivery, engage with federal agencies, manage projects typically valued over $100M–$300M+, and guide multi‑disciplinary teams toward technical excellence.
Hybrid work with minimum three days in the office and a path to impact across buildings, energy, transportation and water sectors.
