This position owns the technical build, deployment, testing, and execution of campaigns while ensuring best practices are applied to maximize engagement and performance. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing stakeholders to translate strategy into effective customer-facing campaigns and provides the operational expertise needed to reach target audiences and drive measurable business results.

Core Responsibilities

Build and execute nurture and drip campaigns that support demand generation initiatives, partnering directly with stakeholders responsible for demand generation programs.

Develop webinar and event registration campaigns, including registration emails, reminder communications, and post-event nurture sequences.

Create campaign-specific landing pages that align with marketing objectives and support rapid campaign deployment needs.

Build content distribution and syndication campaigns for assets developed by the Content and Thought Leadership Manager.

Apply sound judgment to campaign structure, audience segmentation, testing strategies, subject lines, send times, and campaign sequencing to improve overall performance.

Manage and prioritize campaign requests from multiple teams, establish realistic timelines, and proactively communicate capacity constraints.

Continuously evaluate and adopt more efficient campaign-building tools and processes, including AI-enabled technologies, to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or campaign execution.

Deep hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within a marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable solution.

Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment to campaign structure, optimization, and execution strategies.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and competing priorities.

Experience developing landing pages and campaign-specific digital assets.
