Job description
Clearwater Living is seeking a strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead enterprise marketing and accelerate occupancy, resident acquisition, revenue, and brand growth across our portfolio. This west coast based role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and requires collaboration with sales, operations, and community leaders.
The role oversees brand, digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and tools to drive growth, with up to 20% travel to communities and markets.
