Job description
The American College of Surgeons (ACS) seeks an AVP of Marketing to drive growth in member acquisition, engagement, and retention from a hybrid Chicago base. Lead a modern marketing function across email/CRM, paid digital, SEO/SEM, social, and analytics, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on attribution and ROI.
You'll manage five direct reports and shape a strategy that scales up ACS's Quality Programs and educational products, leveraging AI tools for optimization and personalization.
