Start2 Group is looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to help drive mission-critical biotech and deep tech programs. This role is ideal for someone energized by science and innovation, and excited to bring complex, high-impact work to life. You'll get a front-row seat to programs shaping the future of health security and deep tech innovation.
You will work closely with, and report directly to, the Marketing Director, Americas, while collaborating with program leads, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional marketing teammates across the U.S. and LatAm.

Compensation: $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end marketing execution for biotech and deep tech programs, including content development, program communications, and materials for program sponsors and program participants
Take highly-technical or scientific input from program leads and shape into polished, external-ready messaging
Create social media content for biotech and deep tech programs, and manage postings across relevant platforms
Build and execute marketing communications plans for programs, mapping key moments, campaigns, and messaging across the year
Develop website content and page structure for biotech and deep tech programs, including outlining layout and information flow, based on input from program leads and program sponsors
Manage input, review, and sign-off cycles with program leads and subject-matter experts to keep deliverables on schedule
Support event and conference marketing (materials, promotion, on-site coordination as needed)
What You'll Bring to the Role
5+ years of marketing experience working across multiple content types and channels
Experience in biotech, life sciences, or health tech, and/or deep tech or broader innovation-program environments
Willingness to learn and use CRM platforms for tracking outreach and engagement
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp or similar) for managing multiple workstreams
Bonus: Familiarity with government communications norms, compliance considerations, or public-private partnerships
Bonus: Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) for creating on-brand social or web assets within existing templates
The Ideal Candidate
Professional working proficiency in English
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical and scientific content into clear, accessible messaging for a range of audiences
Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workstreams with different stakeholders and cadences
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities with attention to detail
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Collaborative and proactive in supporting cross-functional initiatives
Passion for innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship and global innovation ecosystems
Willingness to travel occasionally to regional hubs for team meetings and events
Must be authorized to work in the United States
