Job description
Merlin is seeking a Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager to drive demand, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth across the cluster through innovative campaigns. You will partner with Performance Marketing, PR, Finance, and Merlin Magic Making to maximize ROI and shape impactful brand experiences.
You will develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives, lead cross-functional campaigns, manage budgets, and report insights to senior leadership.
