This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling tech business at the inflection point and grow into the role of Head of Marketing as the company scales.

The Opportunity
This post‑Series B company is already generating double‑digit millions in ARR , backed by tier‑one investors and operators who’ve helped build some of the most successful tech platforms globally. With fresh capital, a strong product, and big growth ambitions, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager to help build the marketing engine from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape positioning, drive demand, and turn marketing into a real growth lever. Initially, you’ll be hands‑on across strategy and execution, with a clear mandate to build a team, own budget, and step into a Head of Marketing role .
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and scale demand generation across digital, content, lifecycle, and performance channels
Help define and evolve the company’s tech‑led brand and positioning
Build the foundations of a scalable marketing engine — tools, processes, reporting
Partner closely with Sales and Product to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact
Be both strategic and hands‑on in execution during the scale‑up phase
Grow into managing budget, agencies, and an in‑house team as the business expands
