Job description
InStride Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead CRM systems, data, and automation. You’ll connect marketing, sales, payor, and clinical ops to standardize data and speed decision making. This fully remote role reports to the CRM team and focuses on AI-driven audience building and campaign opportunities.
You will set strategic direction across marketing systems, while remaining hands-on to maintain systems and improve data flow. Healthcare experience is a plus.
