Job description
TheGuarantors in New York is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who is hands-on and deeply fluent in HubSpot. You will own and scale our email and automation programs, building reusable templates and complex workflows.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable email systems, optimize deliverability, and define KPIs for data-driven experimentation to improve engagement and lifecycle outcomes.
