A leading financial services organization is seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Project Manager to join their global team. This temporary role offers a unique chance to oversee strategic marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Senior Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
Develops and manages detailed project plans, including schedules, stakeholder mapping, and communication strategies.
Identifies opportunities for process efficiencies and facilitates cross-project synergies within the organization.
Acts as the primary owner and authoritative source for project details, including stakeholders, statuses, and documentation.
Coordinates all project meetings, reviews, and forums, ensuring agendas and recaps are clear and actionable.
Tracks and drives project deliverables, proactively addressing risks and escalating issues as needed to senior management.
Senior Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in marketing project management.
Proven success managing multiple complex global marketing initiatives.
Strong knowledge of marketing deliverables such as social media, content, video, branding, and digital campaigns.
Exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
Proficient in Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
