Job description
Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to translate strategy into priorities, operating plans, and measurable execution.
You’ll drive planning, target setting, forecasting, and executive reviews, partnering with Marketing Ops, Analytics, Finance, Sales, Product, and regional teams to ensure coordinated execution. You’ll build executive-ready materials, define ownership, and create playbooks to improve prioritization, accountability, and results.
