Senior Master Technician

Kennedy Ford, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified and highly skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues. The right candidate will bring expert-level technical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of mechanical services on customer vehicles with timeliness and precision

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment

Provide accurate, detailed repair documentation and service reports

Complete all work to the highest manufacturer and dealership standards

Stay current on Ford and ASE training, procedures, and certifications

Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, service recommendations, and timelines

Collaborate effectively with the service team and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Follow all safety protocols and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Ford Certification (Required)

ASE Certification (Required)

Previous experience at a Ford dealership (Preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Master Technician certification preferred)

Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, components, diagnostics, and repair procedures

Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and tools

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
