Job description
Korn Ferry partners with our client in search of a Managing Director Underwriting/Deal Structuring. The role reports to the Senior Managing Director, Commercial Banking Group and leads structuring, underwriting, closing and portfolio management for new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will develop financial models, negotiate terms, present to loan committees, and coordinate with the Sales Team.
