Job description
Flexzo Ai in Orland Park, IL is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse Manager to oversee MDS documentation, assessments, and care planning for residents in our senior care setting.
This full-time leadership role requires an active IL RN license, at least 2 years of MDS experience, and the ability to coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to uphold OBRA compliance and high-quality resident care. You will participate in the Manager On-Call Rotation and work a Monday to Friday schedule.
