Job description
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) invites applications for a Deputy Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, to advance data-informed learning across our program lifecycle. This role centers equity, community voice, and organizational impact in a national context.
You will lead MEAL strategy, guide cross-departmental collaboration, and support rigorous evaluations while mentoring a team and building capacity for inclusive, accountable programs.
