Documentation & Change Control: Maintain precise version control across all design files, drawings, and shop submittals. Incorporate client markups, change orders, and field as‑built data into final project deliverables.

Material Procurement & Vendor Liaison: Interface with sales, clients, shop floor teams, and suppliers to review scopes, justify change orders, and order required materials.

Site Visits & Troubleshooting: Participate in shop inspections and customer site visits to inspect physical installations, troubleshoot spatial/system issues, and ensure quality compliance.

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of hands‑on experience in an MEP coordination role operating within a BIM environment.

Software Proficiency: Advanced fluency in Autodesk Revit (views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, worksets, ACC work‑sharing). Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk Design Review for 3D layout and clash coordination. Experience working with FTP, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for drawing management.

Drawing & Data Integration: Expert ability to read 2D/3D plans and integrate spreadsheets, images, and text into Revit deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:Basic understanding of heavy electrical power distribution systems.
