Job description
BW Converting, part of Barry-Wehmiller, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer IV in Green Bay, WI. This role designs and improves high‑performance converting machinery, reading blueprints, and coordinating with suppliers and the purchasing team to ensure cost‑effective solutions.
The candidate should have a 4‑year engineering degree and 5+ years in OEM equipment design, preferably with hygiene or converting industry exposure. SolidWorks expertise and project leadership are essential.
