Salary/Benefits
$90,000-$135,000+ depending on experience and licensure
Health, dental and vision insurance

What You'll Do
Lead HVAC and plumbing design for commercial building projects
Develop construction documents and technical specifications
Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and engineering teams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Participate in project planning, design reviews, and quality control
Support commissioning and project execution efforts when needed
Help drive innovation and continuous improvement within the firm
Take ownership of projects from concept through construction while working directly with clients and project teams

You'll work on a wide variety of projects, including:

Hospitals, surgery centers, MRI suites, and clean rooms

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
FE certification
Proven experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings
Strong understanding of VRF, hydronic, and DX HVAC systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD (5+ years)
Professional communication and collaboration skills
Ability to pass a military background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Preferred Qualifications
PE license in mechanical engineering preferred
Revit experience (5+ years)
Previous leadership, mentoring, or staff development experience
Commissioning experience
