Part-time design engineer developing next-generation semiconductor fluid-delivery products.
Creating new IP and patents
Working directly with major OEMs
Taking products from concept to production
Building a vertically integrated manufacturing capability
Experience
10–15 years as a mechanical design engineer
Designed production products—not just tooling
Aerospace and/or semiconductor capital equipment
Precision-machined components and assemblies
High-vacuum systems
Gas and fluid handling systems
Tolerance stack-up analysis
GD&T expert
Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Design for Assembly (DFA)
Prototype through production
Software
SolidWorks
Creo Parametric or Siemens NX
FEA experience
PDM/PLM
Nice to have
Semiconductor gas panels
Stainless steel weldments
Orbital welding
316L components
Vacuum seals
MFCs
Valves
Pressure vessels
