Job description
UST is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer Lead I to drive design, development, and qualification of mechanical systems for Semiconductor Capital Equipment. You will lead NPI programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure robust design decisions across global sites.
Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in mechanical design, strong NX/Creo/PLM skills, and experience with Vacuum Chamber, Precision Mechanism, and Electronics Packaging modules, enabling reliable, manufacturable solutions.
