Grote Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Madison, Indiana, to design and validate automotive headlamp and signal lamp systems. This role will involve leading design activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and significant experience in automotive lighting design. Proficiency in Creo CAD, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes, is highly desirable.
