Present design tradeoffs, technical risks, decisions, and project status directly to client stakeholders.

Use structured quality and problem‑solving methods to improve manufacturing performance and reduce field and safety risk.

Coordinate mechanical interfaces with suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.

Manage and update part and assembly drawings and Bills of Materials.

Respond to evolving client needs over a long‑term engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Hands‑on testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis experience.

Experience having technical discussions with clients or demanding external stakeholders while remaining a hands‑on individual contributor.

Strong understanding of actuators, gear trains, and transmissions.

Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Bellevue, WA at Simplexity’s client site.
