Job description

Real Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager / Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment in Branchburg, NJ. This on-site role oversees production equipment, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, operations, quality, and R&D.
