Job description
We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer P.E. to join our client in their Greater Baltimore Maryland region office.
Our client is a nationwide engineering firm that partners with clients in complex industrial, defense, nuclear, regulated manufacturing, and advanced process environments. This is a direct hire role with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
As a Mechanical P.E. you will provide strong leadership, technical depth for complex designs, project leadership, and client-facing impact.
The offer Hybrid schedule flexibility with split time between WFH and their Maryland office.
What You'll Do
Ensure owner's requirements for mechanical system design are met and in compliance with applicable codes and requirements
Develop scopes of work, Perform/review/document ASME piping, HVAC, plumbing, and relief system calculations
Partner with clients to deliver engineering solutions and mentor junior engineers (team of 6)
What We're Looking For
Mechanical Engineer with strong technical and team leadership skills - PE license preferred
10+ years in engineering consulting or industrial environments
Experience with ASME piping and mechanical system design
U.S. citizenship required
