Job description

Steven Douglas Corp. designs, engineers, and builds custom automation machines for manufacturing challenges. As a hands-on Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the Mechanical Engineering team, own standards, and ensure high-quality execution.

You will develop engineers, drive standardization, and coordinate with other departments across projects. The role requires 10+ years in engineering and 5+ years leading engineers, with SolidWorks proficiency. Travel up to 10%.
