Job description
Real Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Engineering Manager in Branchburg, NJ. This on-site, full-time role leads high-impact engineering initiatives from concept through execution and oversees 2-3 critical projects.
Ideal candidates have strong mechanical engineering expertise, experience in complex capital projects, and a proactive leadership mindset. GMP manufacturing experience is a strong plus. Compensation targets $120K-$140K base with 10–15% bonus potential.
