Job description
JLL is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor in North Brunswick, NJ, to oversee the 24x7 in-house maintenance team, including plumbing, piping, steam systems, and related equipment. The role requires hands-on oversight, coordination of repairs and shutdowns, and leadership of unionized and subcontracted staff.
Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in mechanical maintenance with supervisory experience, CMMS proficiency, and strong MS Office skills.
