Job description
Octavian Robotics is building a VLA-powered gripping system for surgical instruments and transitioning it from bench to hospital deployment. You will lead end-to-end design and integration of the 6DOF arm with vision, force, and tactile sensing.
The Cognizant Engineer will own the cradle-to-grave system, drive end-effector design, and implement real-time control with learned policies, while collaborating with founders in Van Nuys/Los Angeles area.
