Job description
Trinity Partners in Waltham, MA is seeking an Engagement Manager for their Medical Affairs function. The successful candidate will lead multiple project teams, oversee client interactions, and mentor junior staff. This role requires 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting within biopharmaceuticals, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects under deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required, with an advance degree preferred. Competitive salary starting at $160,000 plus bonus offered.
