Job description
Carilion Clinic seeks a Medical / Behavioral Specialty Nursing Unit Director to provide 24-hour leadership for a specialized 12-bed inpatient unit. The role oversees patient care delivery, staff development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to support patient outcomes and staff engagement.
