Job description
Premise Health is seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide medical leadership, clinical oversight, health outcomes focus, and patient care guidance for the client health center(s) in the Northern California Bay Area. This is a full-time role reporting to the Regional Medical Director and partnering with the Health Center Manager and Director of Site Operations to achieve performance targets.
Candidates should have 7–10 years in primary care, MD or DO, board certification in Internal Medicine
