Job description
Sanofi US in Cambridge, MA seeks a US Senior Medical Director, Neurology to lead the US Medical Next Gen Immunology team. You will shape medical strategy across Phase IIIB–IV and Investigator Sponsored Trials, partnering with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access to advance neurological programs including MS and CIDP.
The role requires an MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent with 7+ years in Medical Affairs, proven people leadership, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
