Job description
IDEAYA Biosciences in South San Francisco seeks a Medical Director of Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance to lead medical review of International Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) across the company’s global pharmacovigilance program. This role provides medical leadership and interfaces with the PV vendor for day-to-day case processing.
The position collaborates with Safety Operations to ensure timely, inspection-ready safety reporting.
