Job description
Oak Street Health seeks a Senior Medical Director to lead market-level clinical and operational excellence. You will supervise Medical Directors, coach providers, and drive value-based care initiatives while maintaining direct patient care 2.5 days a week in clinics.
You will partner with executives, expand strategic partnerships, and advance population health programs across the region. Strong leadership, analytics, and payer collaboration are essential.
