Job description
EVERSANA, a global life sciences services company, seeks a Medical Information Manager to oversee the EVERSANA Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) for assigned clients. You will manage client relationships, ensure KPIs, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional responses with scientific accuracy.
Responsibilities include triage of inquiries, adverse event handling, documentation, and collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and client teams. Travel up to 10%.
