Job description
Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Medical Monitoring to ensure medical oversight for assigned studies in accordance with GCP. This onsite role in Lexington, MA requires MD and extensive medical monitoring experience, with a focus on Phase 2–3 trials and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
