Lake Charles Memorial Hospital is seeking an Assistant Director of Health Information Management to lead the Medical Record department and oversee One Content and Paragon workflows on site in Lake Charles, LA. The role focuses on leadership, compliance, and operational excellence in HIM.
Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of supervisory experience; RHIA or RHIT is preferred, with a strong emphasis on chart accuracy, privacy, and staff training.
