Job description
Elevance Health seeks a Medicare CAHPS & STAR Quality Clinical Program Manager to lead initiatives that elevate member experience, clinical outcomes, and CMS Star performance. In this role, you will analyze CAHPS, STAR, and clinical data to identify gaps, design and implement quality improvement projects, and collaborate with clinical, operations, and analytics partners. You’ll support provider engagement, develop standardized workflows, and monitor regulatory changes, reporting results and insights to leadership in a mission-driven, inclusive, and growth-focused culture.
