Jobot is seeking a Melt Shop Manager to lead our melt shop operations for precious metal alloys in the New York region. You will oversee furnace scheduling, casting output, and ensure exact alloy composition across the product line.
Candidates should have several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience with a focus on precious metals. Strong leadership of hourly staff and strict safety and loss-tracking discipline are essential.
