Job description
Aro is seeking an experienced MEP engineer in California to lead electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design for our volumetric, offsite-built homes. You will own Title 24 energy compliance and coordinate with HERS raters from design through field implementation.
You will work closely with architecture, structural, and Onshape teams, visit the Sacramento plant, and support field operations across the South Bay to ensure clean, scalable installations.
