Job description
RS&H in Dallas is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) to lead high-impact MEP projects and drive technical excellence in a fast-growing market.
You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with architects and project managers, and guide projects from scope through construction documents across aviation, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
A PE license and 10+ years of experience are required; travel as needed; RS&H offers an employee-owned culture and a path to technical leadership.
