Job description
Nscale is seeking a highly experienced MEP Manager to join as a full-time on-site Owner's representative for a large data center project. You will lead the MEP scope from pre-construction through testing and acceptance, ensuring critical power and cooling systems meet owner standards and schedule.
With 10+ years in MEP construction or commissioning, you will coordinate with GC, MEP subs, and vendors, leveraging BIM tools and strong safety practices to drive on-time delivery and quality.
