Job description
Metric DCX seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the MEP package on a live data center construction project in Cedar Rapids. You will own coordination with MEP subs, manage schedule and procurement, and drive design-field integration with VDC/BIM teams.
You should have 10+ years in MEP/FP systems, 5+ years managing MEP packages, and GC-side data center delivery experience, with reading drawings and relevant standards like ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA and LEED.
