We have an entrepreneurial culture and collaboratively develop our business with patience and discipline; we work hard, learn constantly, and relentlessly improve our expertise.TMG is seeking an Experienced Mid-Frequency Quantitative Researcher / Trader with a track record of success to lead an entrepreneurial initiative in this area at the firm.ResponsibilitiesDevelop automated medium frequency trading strategies across all futures products with expected holding periods of minutes to hoursCreate and improve quantitative models for predicting futures pricesBuild out and improve our signals libraryCollaborate within a group and across the firm to improve our backtester and other necessary tools to build a sustainable trading business (desk)RequirementsMust have experience successfully developing quantitative models for profitable tradingBreadth and depth in mathematical backgroundDemonstrated passion for financial markets and market microstructureStrong numerical programming skills in Python; industry C++ experience is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environmentBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in technical field and relevant industry experienceWe offer one of the most generous profit sharing programs in the industry because we believe our employees should be able to take part in our rapid growth and success.
