Job description
Empower LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr Relationship Manager Mid-Market to serve as a strategic partner for clients, focusing on plan sponsors, advisors, and TPAs within Mid-Market, Tax Exempt or Taft-Hartley segments. You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 plans, each with assets between $50M and $200M, ensuring retention and profitability.
The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills, plus FINRA registrations and Life Insurance license.
