Job description
Columbia Bank is seeking a Senior Middle Market Banking Leader to drive activity and production in the Encino market. You will oversee a portfolio worth roughly $500-800MM and lead a team of Relationship Managers to meet strategic goals and client needs.
The role requires 4-7 years in middle market or related lending, strong relationship management, and credit acumen. Expect frequent travel and a prominent role in community engagement as the bank's market face.
