Job description
Truist is seeking a Middle Market Senior Portfolio Manager to lead underwriting, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management of complex sponsor-owned middle market credit relationships within TCCB.
You will manage acquisition financing, recapitalizations, refinancings, upsizes, amendments and waivers, coordinating with investment banking, risk, and relationship managers to deliver tailored financing solutions in a high‑stakes environment.
