Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up welding equipment, perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication, and inspect parts to meet tight tolerances. You’ll collaborate with engineering and assembly, follow strict safety and quality standards, and help mentor junior welders. This position offers hands-on work with advanced equipment, skill development, and the chance to support continuous improvement in a team-focused environment.
