Job description
The Milling/Paving Superintendent at Peckham Industries, Inc. will oversee all milling and paving operations on construction sites, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
The role requires 10+ years of construction experience with extensive paving, milling, grading, survey and layout knowledge. Regional travel across Upstate New York is expected; strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
